Anime is a japanese word for animation. It conquers almost all types of stories, characters, settings, mecha, and others. Some of the anime nowadays contain cg (computer graphics) designs to enhance the viewing pleasure of the audience   ( e.g. Macross Plus ). You've probably heard the word, "Hentai". Anime is classified as hentai if it contains sex and nudity. This is definitely not for children. And you could also hear the word , "Bishoujo" , means pretty girl ( shoujo = girl ). "Bishounen" means pretty boy ( shounen = boy ). You also often hear these words especially when it comes to Manga ( japanese comics where most anime started from ).Seiyuu means the voice actors and actress of a certain anime.
